Getting Healthy and Fit ~ Let’s Do This!
Getting healthy and fit is a wonderful goal for anyone but for those in an empty nest it is a little harder. Our lifestyles have changed and sometimes we didn’t adjust our lives to compensate for it. Father’s Day in an Empty Nest
Father’s Day is so different when you have an empty nest. A lot of the time the children are just not able to be home for special days like this. Raising children, taking care of a home, and all the other things that come with being a responsible adult seem to take precedence. Now you are left wondering how to get that romantic feeling back again. [Read more…]

Marriage and the Empty Nest
Marriage… Without children! How long has it been since the two of you have lived alone? For some of you, it may be never. That was the case for me and my husband.
